Today we celebrate and wish good luck to a true industry stalwart, friend and colleague Paul Trowbridge whose retirement starts today. After nearly three decades of dedicated service and leadership in the IT marketing and events landscape Paul has created a legacy that will continue to inspire us all and Angel as we continue his excellent work in the events industry.

Paul's journey has been nothing short of remarkable. With a career spanning well-known industry giants like 3Com, Bay Networks, Netgear, Nortel, and Brocade, he brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to events in IT through the company EVITO. His profound understanding of telecoms, data, and storage networking has been instrumental in helping clients navigate the complex world of conference planning and spending.

For 18 years, Paul captained the EVITO ship through the ever-changing tides of IT marketing, steering it through fiscal storms and emerging stronger each time. His strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence paved the way for countless successful events and programs, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.

One year ago, Paul embarked on a new chapter, transitioning the management of EVITO to its long-time partner, Angel Business Communications. This move not only showcased Paul's forward-thinking approach but also ensured a seamless continuation of the exceptional services EVITO has been known for.

As the past owner of EVITO, Paul seamlessly transitioned into his role as a client services consultant at Angel, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence that is truly commendable. He continued to be a vital presence at worldwide road-shows, leveraging his expertise to provide invaluable insights.

One of the most notable feathers in Paul's cap is his role as the host of the DCS Awards and SDC Awards for many years. His charismatic presence and deep industry knowledge made these events memorable for all who attended.

Paul, your impact on EVITO and now Angel Business Communications is immeasurable. Your leadership, expertise, and unwavering dedication have been a driving force behind our success. You've not only been a trusted colleague but also a mentor and friend to many.

As you embark on this new chapter of your life, we want to express our deepest gratitude for all that you've done. Your contributions will continue to shape the way we approach IT marketing and events, and your legacy will forever be woven into the fabric of Angel Business Communications.

We wish you all the best in your well-deserved retirement. May this new chapter bring you joy, fulfilment, and new adventures.

Thank you, Paul, for your years of service, leadership, and inspiration.
